The following recalls have been announced:

About 90,000 Evenflo Majestic high chairs and about 643,000 Evenflo Envision high chairs , manufactured in China by Evenflo Co. Inc. of Miamisburg, Ohio. — Plastic caps and metal screws can fall out and allow the back of the seat to fall backward or detach on the Majestic model. Fasteners and screws can fall out and allow the back of the seat to recline unexpectedly or detach on the Envision model. These small parts also pose a choking risk. The high chairs were sold at children’s product and mass merchandise stores around the country, including Toys “R” Us, Babies “R” Us, Walmart.com and Burlington Coat Factory. The Majestic model was sold between January 2007 and March 2009. The Envision model was sold between December 2002 and April 2006. About 15,000 Spektrum DX6i radio transmitters used with model aircraft , manufactured in China by Horizon Hobby Inc. of Champaign, Ill. — A defect can cause the model airplanes and helicopters they control to plummet from the sky while in flight. The propellers can also unexpectedly spin. The recalled items were sold at independent model and hobby shops between July 2008 and January 2009. About 18,000 illuminated round rocker switches , manufactured in China and imported by RadioShack Corp. of Fort Worth, Texas. — The wiring diagram on the package is erroneous. This poses a risk of shocks. The switches were sold at RadioShack stores around the country and online at www .radioshack.com between June 2008 and January 2009. About 1,900 SunKids convertible cribs , manufactured in China and imported by Suntech Enterprises Inc. of City of Commerce, Calif. — A gap can occur between the side and the mattress if the mesh is not zipped into place. A child can fall into this gap and suffocate. The drop side can also fail to fully latch, which poses a risk of falls. No incidents have been reported with this crib. But a 5-month-old child died in August 2008 after getting trapped in a nearly identical crib. About 1,400 Rocketfish model RF-INV80 universal AC/DC/USB portable power sources , manufactured in China and imported by Best Buy Co. Inc. of Richfield, Minn. — They can catch fire while the battery is charging. The recalled items were sold at Best Buy stores around the country and on www.bestbuy.com between July 2008 and February 2009. About 13,300 Insignia 26-inch flat-panel LCD model IS-LCDTV26 televisions , manufactured in China and imported by Best Buy Co. Inc. of Richfield, Minn., because the power supply can fail.
