Eugene-based Bi-Mart Corp. submitted plans Tuesday for approval to add about 2,500 square feet of storage space and a new Western-themed facade to the former Ray’s Food Place site in Sisters, said Eric Porter, community development director. The city’s planning department will make the decision for the minor modification, which should take about a month-and-a-half, Porter said. Bi-Mart declined to comment.
