Krista Schulte, of Redmond, and Jimmy Floyd, of Prineville, plan to marry May 17 at Eagle Crest Resort in Redmond.

The future bride is the daughter of Bill and Patty Schulte, of Redmond. She is a 2004 graduate of Redmond High School. She attended Oregon State University, and she attends Central Oregon Community College, where she studies emergency medicine. She is a child care provider.

The future groom is the son of Joe and Nancy Floyd, of Prineville. He is a 1997 graduate of Crook County High School. He graduated from Linn-Benton Community College, where he earned a farrier license. He works in excavation and is a Northwest Pro Rodeo Association bull rider.
