‘Lineal Abstracted’ show set at Kebanu

Lineal Abstracted, which includes this work, will hang in Kebanu, A Gallery through the month of November.

The works of Bend fine artist Valerie Winterholler are being featured in a new show, “Lineal Abstracted,” at Kebanu, A Gallery in downtown Bend during November.

Winterholler holds a Bachelor of Science degree in art from Southern Oregon University. She’s studied with such teachers as Jim Rhomberg, Carol Barnes, Cristina Acosta, Deanna Hanson and Jerry Seagle.

As an emerging artist, Winterholler’s work is receiving accolades and can be found in many private collections throughout the region.

The new series, “Lineal Abstracted,” brings a natural complexity of paint on paper, according to a gallery spokeswoman.
