Richard “Rick” J. Morrison Jr., of Central Point, died Sunday of injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident. He was 53.

A celebration of life will be held at 1 p.m. May 3 at the Ramada Convention Center in Medford. A second celebration of life will be held a 1 p.m. May 17 at the property of Bud and Mary Hill in Redmond.
Mr. Morrison was born Aug. 26, 1954, in Honolulu, the son of Richard and Pauline Morrison.
Mr. Morrison served in the U.S. Navy from 1972 to 1978. He was the president and owner of Allied Business Solutions. He was a lifetime member of the American Legion. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle. He lived in Central Oregon from 1968 to 1999.
Survivors include two sisters, Linda Reid, of La Pine, and Mary Hill, of Redmond.
He was preceded in death by his parents and three sisters.
Girdner Funeral Chapel in Yreka, Calif., is in charge of arrangements.
