The following students graduated with bachelor’s degrees from Colorado College: Anna Morton, comparative literature, and Carli Smythe, psychology, both of Bend.
• Toni Chan, of Bend, graduated from Georgetown University with a bachelor’s degree from the McDonough School of Business. He is a graduate of Summit High School.
• Molly Ziegler, of Bend, earned an associate degree in culinary arts from The Culinary Institute of America. She is a 2006 graduate of Bend High School.
• Christine Riley, of Bend, has been awarded a scholarship from the Ford Opportunity Scholarship Program offered by the Ford Family Foundation. To receive the merit-based scholarship, individuals must pursue a bachelor’s degree full time and must be a single head of a household. Riley is studying human development, and family science and nursing at Oregon State University.
