Northwest Outlets, the group that owns Bend Factory Stores, has acquired the Prime Outlets at Tracy in Tracy, Calif., owners announced this week. Northwest Outlets also owns outlet malls in Anderson, Calif., and Post Falls, Idaho. Prime Outlets at Tracy is a 155,000-square-foot retail outlet center and has about 40 tenants, including Gap Outlet, Liz Claiborne, Disney Character Warehouse Outlet Store, Reebok, Lane Bryant and Levi’s Outlet. The purchase includes four adjacent land parcels totaling roughly 21 acres for future mall expansion.
