Headbangers will be sore Sunday after two nights of heavy music this weekend at the Domino Room in Bend.
The biggest name on either bill is Powerman 5000, the Boston-based industrial metal band that has been grinding along for about 15 years now. Powerman heads a lineup tonight that includes Almost is Nothing, plus local heavies Tentareign, Vengeance Creek, Quantum Theory and Empire of Ashes.

On a local level, Saturday’s show at the Domino Room is pretty huge. It marks the return of area metalcore faves Illis Amora from the brink of extinction, as well as the first big local show by Redmond glam-punkers The Roe in a while. Opening sets will be played by Heros Die Trying, The Subtle Way, Forget Regret, Afantomlym and BoyNamedSue.
Tickets cost $8 at the door, and the all-ages show will begin at about 7 p.m. The Domino Room is located at 51 N.W. Greenwood Ave., in Bend.
