Libby Kottkamp, of Eugene, and William Lawrence, of Springfield, plan to marry June 14, 2008, at Elk Lake Resort in Bend.

The future bride is the daughter of David and Cassie Kottkamp, of Bend. She is a 1998 graduate of Catlin Gabel School in Portland and a 2003 graduate of Western Washington University, where she studied environmental economics. She is an assistant planner at Custom Planning Services.

The future groom is the son of Russel and Carol Lawrence, of Oregon City. He is a 1996 graduate of Gladstone High School and a 2003 graduate of Oregon State University, where he studied forest engineering. He is a land surveying technician for LEI Inc.
