Emily Rose Arrasmith and Justin Daniel Bisset, both of Missoula, Mont., plan to marry July 7 in Bend.

The future bride is the daughter of Mike and Sheila Arrasmith, of Bend. She is a 2004 graduate of Mountain View High School, and she currently attends the University of Montana, where she studies psychology. She works for the Undergraduate Advising Center and volunteers as a crisis counselor at the University of Montana.

The future groom is the son of Dan and Janet Bisset, of Bend. He is a 2001 graduate of Mountain View High School and a 2003 graduate of Central Oregon Community College, where he studied computer science. He attended the Central Oregon Reserve Law Enforcement Officer Academy. He works as a detention officer for the Missoula County Sheriff’s Office.
