Evan L. Brantley

Evan L. Brantley, of Redmond, died Wednesday of esophageal cancer. He was 41.

A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. today at Redmond Memorial Cemetery.

Mr. Brant- ley was born Nov. 21, 1964, in Pocatello, Idaho, to Gerald and Sheila Brantley. He was a 1984 graduate of Crook County High School. He married Mikala Stenzel on June 26, 1989, in Prineville.

Mr. Brantley worked as a parts manager for Schuck’s Auto Supply. He enjoyed reading, watching movies, football and spending time with family.

Survivors include his wife; his mother; his stepfather, Bruce Stewart; two daughters, Taylor and Regan; and three brothers, Richard and Paul, both of Redmond, and Tom, of Arlington, Va.

He was preceded in death by his father and a sister.

Memorial contributions may be made to a memorial fund for his daughters at U.S. Bank.

Niswonger-Reynolds Funeral Home, Redmond Chapel, is in charge of arrangements.
