Outlaws sweep four-team invitational

SISTERS – Jena Rickards set the pace in winning the girls race as the Sisters High cross country teams swept the Cold Springs Invitational meet on Tuesday.
Rickards recorded a time of 20 minutes, 28 seconds for a course estimated at about three miles. Teammate Emi Conrads (20:42) was second.

The Outlaws won the four-team girls competition with 23 points. Regis was second, while McKenzie and Kennedy were incomplete.
The Sisters boys scored 32 points to finish ahead of McKenzie (46), Kennedy (71) and Regis (incomplete).
Benton Urquhart led the Outlaws, placing third overall in 16:47. Jared Henderson was second for Sisters, fifth overall, in 17:16.
