Marguerite ‘Margie’ B. Nash

Marguerite ”Margie” B. Nash, of Sisters, died Wednesday of natural causes. She was 77.

A visitation will be held at 1 p.m. Monday at Daysprings Community Church in Terrebonne, followed by a funeral servce at 2 p.m. Graveside services will follow at Terrebonne Pioneer Cemetery, as well as a potluck at Terrebonne Grange Hall.

Mrs. Nash was born Sept. 6, 1928, in Shoshoni, Wyo., to Verle and Mary (Wrench) McMurry. She married Calvin R. Nash Sr. on June 14, 1947, in Sweet Home.

Mrs. Nash was a homemaker. She enjoyed sewing, crocheting, playing pinochle, reading and spending time with family. She moved to Central Oregon 16 years ago.

Survivors include her husband; five sons, Calvin Jr., of Redmond, Dan, of Springfield, David, of Redmond, Robin, of Eugene, and Cory, of Tacoma, Wash.; two daughters, Cindy Knight, of Sisters, and Mary Mathison, of Bend; three brothers, Darrel, Wayne and Evertte; three sisters, Noraine, Ramona and Cheryl; 20 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a son, a brother, a sister and four grandchildren.

Deschutes Memorial Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
