Beauchemin earns designation as a mortgage specialist

Fred Cranfield, broker, recently joined The Hasson Company Realtors’ Bend branch. Cranfield has one year of experience in real estate and earned his bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Idaho.

Cyndi Beauchemin, a broker and owner of Bend River Mortgage Inc., has earned the certified mortgage planning specialist designation, granted by the CMPS Institute in Ann Arbor, Mich. CMPS designees can offer clients strategies that encompass mortgages, debt, home equity and real estate investment.

Brett Davies is Crooked River Realty’s agent of the month for June. Melonie Towell is the company’s Terrebonne office agent of the month.

Graham Keller has recently joined Woodhill Homes as superintendent of Obsidian Meadows, a new community in Redmond. Keller has six years of experience in customer service and management and more than a year of construction experience.

Annette Cyr, a physical therapist assistant with Healing Bridge Physical Therapy in Bend, attended a course on advanced receptor techniques to learn a hands-on approach focusing on the cervical region and upper extremities. Techniques involve a combination of deep pressure with passive or active range of motion of the joints, which results in lengthening muscles and releasing tight tissues for ailments that include shoulder impingement, carpal tunnel, thoracic outlet and neck pain.
