Grocery Outlet, a discount grocery store based in Berkeley, Calif., plans to open an approximately 18,335-square-foot store in Prineville by the end of the year, company officials confirmed. The city of Prineville approved the site plan for the store on June 9 and construction is under way. The store will be located next to Bi-Mart at 1951 N.E. Third St.
