The future bride is the daughter of David Sonnier of Bend and Denise Wheeler of Sisters. She attended Sisters High School. She currently attends Central Oregon Community College, where she studies criminal science. She works in sales.

The future groom is the son of Sharon Damoth of Bend. He attended La Pine High School. He currently attends Lane Community College, where he studies flight technology.
