Karen Oppenheimer, M.D., has joined Bend Memorial Clinic’s Internal Medicine Department. Oppenheimer was an assistant professor at the University of California-San Diego and director of the outpatient residents teaching clinic. She is a graduate of Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York and completed her residency and fellowship at UCSD.

In her new position at BMC, Oppenheimer will focus on women’s health and general medicine, specializing in preventative care for ages 18 and up. An avid runner, cyclist and triathlete, she currently lives in Bend with her husband. Contact: 617-0057.
