Here are the candidates for The Bulletin’s Athletes of the Week for Feb. 5-10 as nominated by local coaches and The Bulletin sports staff.

Ella Prelog, Trinity Lutheran basketball: In the Saints’ 53-48 win over Crosshill Christian on Feb. 10, the sophomore Prelog scored 18 points, finished with eight steals, and had one block while dishing out four assists.
Adeline Bennett, Summit swimming: At the Intermountain Conference championships on Feb. 10, Bennett had a first-place finish in the 200-yard freestyle (1 minute, 56.29 seconds) and a second-place finish in the 100 freestyle (52.71), while also helping the Storm finish third in the 200 medley relay and the 400 free relay.
Sienna LeFeber, Mountain View swimming: The senior won the girls 500-yard freestyle (5:13.90) at the IMC championships Feb. 10. LeFeber also had a second-place finish in the 200 freestyle (1:59.24).
Reina Barnes-Rubio, Redmond wrestling: With three first-round pins, Barnes-Rubio won the 135-pound class and qualified for the state tournament at the 6A/5A Special District 3 championships Feb. 10 in Eugene.
Kamryn Meskill, Bend High swimming: Meskill had four first-place finishes at the IMC championships. The junior won the 100 freestyle (52.21) and the 50 freestyle (23.13), while helping the Lava Bears’ 200 medley relay (1:44.88) and 200 freestyle relay (1:40.11) take first place.

Pearson Carmichael, Summit basketball: Carmichael posted his third 40-plus-point game of the season, dropping 45 in a win over Caldera Feb. 8, breaking his own school record. He had an 18-point game in a win over Bend.
Brecken Egeland, Summit swimming: The sophomore won the 100 butterfly (53.62) and the 100 free (50.87), and helped the Storm 200 medley relay (1:47.19) and 400 free relay (3:18.50) finish first at the IMC championships.
Landon Egeland, Summit swimming: Egeland picked up four wins at the IMC championships. The junior won the 500 free (4:45.74) and 200 free (1:44.53) while helping the Storm’s 200 (1:33.71) and 400 freestyle relay teams take first.
Logan Gose, Mountain View swimming: At the IMC championships, Gose won the 50 free (23.03) and finished second in the 100 free (56.61), while also helping the Cougs’ 200 and 400 freestyle relay teams qualify for state.
Orinn Hubbard, Redmond wrestling: The 190-pound junior claimed his 40th win this season with a first-round pin in Redmond’s dual meet win over Ridgeview Feb. 6.
Landyn Philpott, La Pine wrestling: Philpott won the 3A Special District 4 144-pound weight class Feb. 10 in Burns. He won all three of his matches with pins in the first round.
Brody Fischer, Sisters basketball: In two games, Fischer averaged 16 points, including a 19-point performance in the Outlaws’ 39-32 loss to Harrisburg Feb. 9. Fischer went a combined 7-of-13 from 3-point range.
Campbell McKean, Caldera swimming: At the IMC championships, McKean broke the 5A state record with a time of 1:49.60 in the 200 individual medley. He then broke the state record, across all classifications, in the 100 breaststroke with a time of 54.41. He also anchored the Wolfpack’s 200 (1:34.31) and 400 freestyle relay (3:26.76) teams that finished second.
Dakota Guest, Culver basketball: Guest scored 27 of Culver’s 30 points in a loss to Colton Feb. 9. The senior hit eight 3-pointers and finished with three steals in the game.
