Bend Democratic Reps. Levy, Kropf holding town hall in April

Reps. Emerson Levy and Jason Kropf, Democrats who represent Bend-area house districts 53 and 54 respectively, are holding a family-friendly town hall meeting at 2:30 p.m. April 20 at the Deschutes Public Library’s downtown Bend location.

Their focus is to recap the recent legislative session, which ended March 7, and answer community questions. Both are running for reelection this year.

Levy was first elected in 2022 to House District 53, which encompasses parts of Bend, Redmond, all of Sisters and Tumalo. She’s facing Keri Lopez, a Redmond Republican, in the May Primary. Kropf was elected to House District 54, a Bend district, in 2020. He is running unopposed this year.
