Russ Monroe, Compass Commercial Real Estate Services vice president of asset management, was named partner of the Bend-based company. Locally owned, Compass Commercial’s 10 shareholders lead the company. Monroe joined Compass in 2022.

Dr. Bernadette Thomas has been named the new chief health officer of Mosiac Community Health, a nonprofit health center in Bend, Redmond, Prineville, Sisters and Madras. As chief health officer, Thomas will be responsible for establishing, developing and executing integrated clinical services. Mosaic is a federally-funded community health center that offers care, regardless of ability to pay.
