Chipotle Mexican Grill is opening in Redmond on Monday with a drive-thru lane for digital orders, according to a company statement.

The chain is hiring for the Redmond location and across the country, according to the company’s statement. It wants to fill local 30 positions and offers bonuses, a college degree program and access to mental health care for employees.

This is the second Chipotle in Central Oregon. The first is on Third Street in Bend. 

The Redmond restaurant is at 1313 SW Canal Blvd. It will be open 10:45 a.m. to 10 p.m. seven days a week. For more information or to apply go to chipotle.com/careers.

Chipotle opened its 1,000th store on Nov. 21 in Kansas City, Kansas and anticipates opening 315 to 345 more stores in the coming year.  The publicly traded company, trading on the New York Stock Exchange as CMG,  has more than 3,600 restaurants in the United States, Canada the United Kingdom, France, Germany and Kuwait. It has more than 125,000 employees.
