Lisa Rodriguez, a St. Charles Health System nursing supervisor was recognized by the Oregon State Association of Occupational Health nurses with the 2024 Medique Nurse Leadership award. The award is sponsored by the Medique Products company, supplier of first aid kits, trauma bags and disaster preparedness kits.

Gregory Deffenbaugh has been named news director at KTVZ-TV, the NBC affiliate serving Bend. Previously Deffenbaugh was a news director in Rockford, Illinois.

Tony Pendleton has been named vice president and relationship manager at Washington Trust Bank in Bend. He will expand the bank’s Central Oregon commercial banking team.
