Holiday schedules for school, banks, other agencies

2024 is almost here, and this is what will and will not be open in Deschutes County on New Year’s Day.

Redmond Airport: Open.

Banks: Closed New Year’s Day.

Schools: Bend-La Pine Schools and Redmond School District are on Winter Break.

Bend parking: Parking fees are not enforced Monday.

Bend Public Works: All business offices are closed Monday.

Deschutes County Offices: All business offices are closed Monday.

Cascades East Transit: All CET services are closed except the Mt. Bachelor Shuttle.

Central Oregon Community College: Closed.

DMV: Closed.

Oregon State University-Cascades: Winter term begins Jan. 8, 2024.

Libraries: All libraries close at 5 p.m. Sunday and are closed Monday.

Mail: No mail service on Monday and early close on Friday.

Stock Market: Closed.

Trash Pickup: Monday pickup will be delayed by one day.

Trader Joes: Closed.

Safeway: Closed.

Target: Open.

WinCo Foods: Open.

Albertsons: Closed.

Wal Mart: Closed

Fred Meyer: Closes at 6 p.m. Sunday, closed Monday
