Fauré Quartett performs Sunday at the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Central Oregon.

High Desert Chamber Music kicks off its 16th season Sunday with Fauré Quartett, a German piano quartet.

The concert marks the ensemble’s Central Oregon’s debut, according to the event listing on the High Desert Chamber Music’s website.

The program includes three songs written by Gabriel Fauré in addition to renditions of “Gypsy Rondo” by Johannes Brahms and “Pictures at an Exhibition” by Modest Mussorgsky.

A pre-concert talk will be held prior to the concert at 2:45 p.m. and the program will be followed by an opening season celebration.
