Details: Eight townhouses will be built on the lot at 318 SW Bluff Drive. Work on the site preparation is being done by Jack Robinson and Sons and is expected to be completed in two months. A new sewer line is being extended to the site, hence the road is closed off for infrastructure work. Construction on the townhomes will begin in earnest in late winter.

The townhouses are to be three stories, with three bedrooms each. Each will have a deck. Parking garages will be 495 square feel and exterior deck will be 552 square feet.
