For the second year in a row, Spork has brought the goods when it comes to vegetarian options. Drawing on globally inspired traditions with locally sourced, organic ingredients whenever possible, Spork continues its streak.

Sprouting from a food cart in 2009, Spork turned a passion for “globally-inspired green-conscious” food into a brick and mortar restaurant in 2013. While the venue has changed, its passion has not. Traditional recipes from Latin America, Africa and Asia are “remixed … with creative free reign,” according to its website.

The menu boasts several vegetarian or vegan options, with a few others that can be made to accommodate those who prefer a meatless-meal including a West African Peanut Curry, rice bowls, tacos, Kimchi and much more.
