Substance Cannabis Market started out as medical dispensary Bloom Well in 2013, moving into recreational sales in 2016 and changing its name in 2017. Today, the business operates three stores in Bend.

We don’t have that on our sign board that we’re the cheapest in town, but we know we are and consumers know we are. We’re a low-cost provider because cannabis is not a rich person’s drug.”
