New openings — Bo’s Falafel Bar opened this week on Bend’s west side, in the former Sip Wine Bar at the roundabout opposite the Victorian Café. Chickpea fritters are served as pita-pocket sandwiches or as gluten-free bowls (both $7.50), complemented by a condiment bar with hummus, tzatziki and slaws.
