Dr. Anne Killingbeck has joined Internal Medicine of Redmond. She is a graduate of Medical College of Wisconsin and completed her internal medicine residency at Providence Portland Medical Center in Portland. In her practice, Dr. Killingbeck emphasizes chronic disease management and preventive care.
Dr. Jessica Morgan has joined High Lakes Health Care in its Upper Mill location in Bend. She is a graduate of medical school at University of Minnesota and completed her residency at St. Mark’s Family practice in Salt Lake City. Dr. Morgan specializes in family practice.
Three yoga instructors from Namaspa attended Baron Baptiste teacher training in Austin, Texas. Suzie Harris, owner of Namaspa, and Nancy Lumpkin assisted with Baptiste level one teacher training, and Lumpkin completed the apprentice assisting program. Julie Lowes completed a weeklong Baptiste level two teacher training.
Allison Suran and Nancy Hartung, both of Healing Bridge Physical Therapy, attended “Conquering Pain Together: Empowering Providers and Patients,” the annual conference of the Pain Society of Oregon. The conference focused on new research for effective pain intervention and nonpharmaceutical options for pain management.
Dr. Erin Walling, of Bend Memorial Clinic, recently received certification from the Society for Breast Ultrasound.
