Southern California funk/jam band Brothers Gow reemerged with a new lineup last year following some major departures in 2017, not to mention a back injury that took drummer Nathan Walsh-Haines out of commission for a tour. Now back on the road as a lean, mean quartet, these brothers-from-another-mother will return to the Domino Room on Saturday for Parallel 44 Presents’ “May the Fourth” celebration (calling all Star Wars nerds). Expect new songs and plenty of tasty improvisation from this Central Oregon favorite. The Maxwell Friedman Group, the local funk/fusion quartet led by organ prodigy Friedman, will open the show.
