20-Dollar Art Show returns — Bright Place Gallery’s incredibly popular show and sale of small art, the 20 Dollar Art Show, returns from 6 to 9 p.m. Saturday. According to gallery cofounder Stuart Breidenstein, this year’s event will be the biggest yet, with about 1,200 pieces from 90 artists, including a half dozen from Portland. The sale starts at 6, but Breidenstein encourages folks to line up early: Last year, a piece of art was sold, on average, every 17 seconds over a 2½-hour stretch. There will be entertainment for those queued up: Live music, beatboxing, burlesque and fire dancers and more on a stage hosted by Jason “Mosley Wotta” Graham. Bright Place Gallery, 909 SE Armour Road, Bend.
