Tom and Darla (Alsobrook) Robson, of Bend, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a four-week musical tour of Ireland, exploring by day and playing music by night.

The couple were married Nov. 8 1969, in Huntington Beach, California. They have two children, Dara Robertson (and Doug), and Melissa Johnson (and Gabe), both of Bend; three grandchildren; and three grand-cats.

Mr. Robson worked as a custodial foreman for the Bend-La Pine School District for 30 years. Mrs. Robson worked as a transportation office manager for the Bend-La Pine School District for 27 years.

They have lived in Central Oregon for 39 years.
