Basketball
COBO to host youth camps — Central Oregon Basketball Organization will host camps June 25-28 at Mountain View High School in Bend. The “Little Dribbler” camp, for boys and girls entering first through fifth grades, will meet from 9 a.m. to noon each day. The middle school camp, open to boys and girls entering sixth through ninth grades, will meet from 1 to 4 p.m. each day. Registration for the Little Dribbler camp costs $82 for Bend Park & Recreation District residents ($98 otherwise) and $85 for the middle school camp for park district residents ($102 otherwise). Football
Tackle registration open, summer camps slated — Registration for the Bend Park & Recreation District youth tackle football league closes July 1. The league is open to kids in fourth through sixth grades and runs from August through October. Registration for the flag football league, open to kids in first through sixth grades, ends July 30. Football-centric camps will also be held throughout the summer, starting with quarterback and receivers camp for sixth- through eighth-graders on June 15 and 16. Soccer
Bend Unified fall league registration closes soon — Sign-ups for the fall Bend Unified Recreational Soccer League end on June 11. The program, a joint league run by the Bend Park & Recreation District and Bend FC Timbers, is open to boys and girls in first through eighth grade. The season runs from Aug. 20 through Oct. 27, and teams will be organized by school and grade level. Teams will practice twice a week and play games on Saturdays. Uniforms are provided.
