Christmas duck — It’s not too soon to start thinking about holiday meals. The Suttle Lodge, west of Sisters, has invited chefs Matthew Rudofker and Joshua Pinsky from the famed international Momofuku restaurant group to prepare an intimate meal on Christmas Eve. Roasted, stuffed Peking duck will be the highlight of the three-course, family-style Chinese menu. Tickets are priced at $80 per person, including tips but not beverages.
