Don Wells, senior vice president, financial adviser at Wells Financial Consulting Group, joined D.A. Davidson & Co. in Bend. Wells began his career with Shearson Lehman Hutton, worked with A.G. Edwards & Sons, Smith Barney and then Wells Fargo.

Kyle Wells, financial adviser at Wells Financial Consulting Group, joined D.A. Davidson & Co. in Bend. Wells began his career as a financial advising intern at the Pacific Capital Resource Group Inc. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Portland. He teaches classes through Financial Beginnings, a nonprofit organization offering financial education to both youth and adults.

Heidi Irish, client associate at Wells Financial Consulting Group, joined D.A. Davidson & Co. in Bend. Irish has worked in finance and banking locally and internationally. She is a graduate of Oregon State University.

John Peirano was named vice president of marketing at Humm Kombucha. Peirano brings more than 20 years of experience with consumer brands including Red Bull, Muscle Milk, PowerBar, Sparkling Ice and Nike Soccer.

Meghan Hoey is the new marketing director at Worthy Brewing. Hoey brings six years of sales and marketing management experience in the beverage industry. She holds an MBA in sustainable business strategy from Seattle University and a bachelor’s degree from Gonzaga University.

Lane Lehrke joined CS Construction as superintendent. Lehrke has 26 years of experience in construction, including at the Oregon State University-Cascades campus living and learning center.
