New head chef — Darrell Henrichs has been named executive chef at the 10below Restaurant & Lounge in Bend’s Oxford Hotel. Renovation donation — Anthony’s at the Old Mill District reopened May 21 after a one-week closure for renovation. All perishable food was donated to Family Kitchen, a nonprofit group, based at Trinity Episcopal Church, that serves free meals to the needy.
