French Market: 76 — Raw sausage and sous vide eggs are stored over spinach. Raw sausage insets stored next to tomato-slice inset. Expired cooked duck and creme fraiche in refrigerator. Table displays of flowers are stored in walk-in cooler. Marscarpone, soft goat cheese, prosciutto, creme fraiche are not date marked. No chlorine test strips available. Paper towel dispenser is empty in dish room. Bottle of water is stored in bar service ice. Knit hat is stored on work table.
Nancy P’s Cafe and Bakery: 78 — Raw pooled eggs are stored over ham in walk-in cooler. Soup in walk-in in large covered pan at 49 degrees, cooled overnight. Open cans, bottles and full plastic cups in kitchen. Chlorine test strips are old/faded and no color standard available to read results. Dishwasher did not know which test strips to use. Facility has exhausted hot water supply. Maximum 76 degrees available at inspection (hot water needs to be available at all times). No hot water available at kitchen hand sink (faucet handle is stripped and valve at wall junction is turned off).
D&D Bar and Grill: 82 — Raw shell eggs and pooled eggs are stored next to shredded cheese and over spinach (in refrigerator drawers). Expired ham in refrigerator. Employee eating in kitchen area. Wood/cloth head butter mop used as applicator.
Mi Cantina Grill: 84 — Employee did not wash their hands before working with food. Raw beef stored over ready-to-eat food in walk-in. Missing consumer advisory on menu. Hand-washing sink in kitchen was blocked by a table.
Thump Coffee (Emkay): 86 — Expired cream cheese and chia pudding in refrigerator. Open drink cups in kitchen. Butter at room temperature with no marking procedure. No consumer advisory posted for undercooked eggs.
