Who: Jessica Layton’s glass artwork is on display at Sage Custom Framing and Gallery as part of “Fabric, Glass and Paper,” exhibiting through May 26.

Jessica Layton, of Central Oregon, is a watercolorist, printmaker and warm glass artist. She uses batik painting techniques learned in Thailand to create the images with wax and dye. She fires the layers of glass multiple times in a kiln to enhance the color and texture.
