Wildfire Ceramics Showcase — In its 14th year, the Wildfire Ceramics Showcase will return to its original home, the recently rebuilt gym at Highland Magnet at Kenwood School, 701 NW Newport Ave., in Bend. “We’re very happy to be back in the same old location again,” said Blue Spruce Pottery’s Michael Gwinup, who took Best in Show for functional art last year. According to Gwinup, the 2018 show will feature pottery, raku and sculpture by more than two dozen members of the Clay Guild of the Cascades — including a few of the nonprofit group’s new members. The show and sale takes place from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday. Admission is free. Contact: linheiss@msn.com or 541-419-1500.
