Bend Police Department

Theft — A theft occurred and an arrest made at 12:56 p.m. Aug. 2, in the 61500 block of S. U.S. Highway 97.

DUII — Blake Ryan Denman, 33, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants at 12:30 a.m. Aug. 19, in the area of Butler Market and Daniel roads.

DUII — Marta Jo Schachtilli, 65, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants at 1:34 a.m. Aug. 19, in the area of Bear Creek and Skyline Ranch roads.

Burglary — A burglary was reported at 2:20 p.m. Aug. 19, in the 1800 block of NW Duniway Court.

Criminal mischief — An act of criminal mischief was reported at 8:12 a.m. Aug. 20, in the 1300 block of NE 27th Street.

Unlawful entry — A vehicle was reported entered at 10:01 a.m. Aug. 20, in the 500 block of SE Edgewater Lane.

Theft — A theft occurred and an arrest made at 4:30 p.m. Aug. 21, in the 63400 block of N. U.S. Highway 97. The suspect was also charged with providing false information to police and probation/parole violation.

Unauthorized use — A vehicle was stolen and an arrest made at 8:50 p.m. Aug. 21, in the area of NE Holliday Avenue and NE Victor Place. The suspect was also charged with interfering with a police officer.

Theft — A theft occurred and an arrest made at 4:36 p.m. Aug. 16, in the 63400 block of N. U.S. Highway 97.

Theft — A theft was reported at 11:29 a.m. Aug. 20, in the 400 block of SE Third Street.

DUII — Jeffrey Lee Knieval, 56, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving at 8:50 a.m. Aug. 22, in the 1700 block of NE Third Street.

DUII — Manuel S. Villafan-Herrera, 37, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants at 2:15 p.m. Aug. 22, in the area of S. U.S. Highway 97 off-ramp and NW Colorado Avenue.

Criminal mischief — An act of criminal mischief was reported at 1:36 p.m. Aug. 11, in the 500 block of SE Wilson Avenue.
