DUII — Sterling Y. Holcomb, 35, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants at 10:07 a.m. Aug. 17, in the 60800 block of Alpine Drive.

DUII — Brian Joseph Fleming, 53, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants at 10:16 p.m. Aug. 17, in the area of NW Louisiana Avenue and NW Riverside Boulevard.

DUII — Warren Chad Phillips, 46, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving at 3:05 p.m. Aug. 18, in the area of NE Fourth Street and NE Studio Road.

DUII — Brock Alan Heaton, 27, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants at 12:37 a.m. Aug. 19, in the area of NE Butler Market and NE Studio roads.

DUII — Nicolas Allen Banks, 30, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants at 2:38 a.m. Aug. 18, in the area of U.S. Highway 20 and O.B. Riley Road.

DUII — Jesse James Miller, 33, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants and causing a hit-and-run accident with injury at 4:14 p.m. Aug. 19, in the area of N. U.S. Highway 97 and Powers Road.

Theft — A theft occurred and an arrest made at 7:45 p.m. Aug 8, in the 1400 block of NW 10th Street.
