• St. Charles Health System and Central Oregon Pediatric Associates are broadening their collective efforts. Central Oregon Pediatric Associates is opening a new clinic on Bend’s south side, within the St. Charles Medical Group clinic, at 61250 SE Coombs Place. The clinic opens Monday.

• Bend Dermatology Clinic has joined United Derm Partners, a family of affiliated dermatology practices based in Nashville, Tennessee.

• Family Access Network Foundation has raised $34,610 at its first luncheon fundraiser through sponsorships, individual donations and a donor match. Title sponsor SunWest builders and event sponsors were key to reaching the network’s fundraising goal.

• Three Rivers Marina, 6235 SW Lakeview Drive, Culver, filed an application Jan. 29 with the Oregon Liquor Control Commission for a change of ownership and for an off-premises sales license, which allows the sale of malt beverages, wine and cider in factory-sealed containers for consumption off the licensed premises and allows approved licensees to offer sample tasting of malt beverages, wine and cider.

• D&D Marina, 6235 SW Lakeview Drive, Culver, filed an application Jan. 29 with the OLCC for a change of trade name and for an off-premises sales license, which allows the sale of malt beverages, wine and cider in factory-sealed containers for consumption off the licensed premises and allows approved licensees to offer sample tasting of malt beverages, wine and cider.

• Odem Theater Pub LLC, 349 SW Sixth St., Redmond, filed an application Jan. 30 with the OLCC as a new outlet for a commercial establishment, full on-premises sales license, which allows the sale and service of distilled spirits, malt beverages, wine and cider for consumption on the licensed premises.
