Lottery set for Redmond senior housing

Seniors 55 and older may still put their names into a lottery for Crook Crossing, 48 affordable housing units coming up for lease in Redmond.
Only applicants who earn less than 50 percent of median area income are eligible for the units built on Veterans Way by Housing Works and managed by Epic Property Management, according to a news release.

Applications are accepted 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily through Thursday. Applications must be hand-delivered to the office at Spencer Court Apartments, 2445 SW Canal Blvd., Redmond.
Cook Crossing will offer one- and two-bedroom units. The units have controlled-entry access, elevator access to all residential floors, private balconies, community and fitness rooms and interior amenities. The new Mosaic Medical clinic in Redmond will be located on the ground floor.
