South-side shuffle — Diners can keep their eyes open for new locations for both the Pour House Grill and Fat Tuesdays Cajun & Blues. Pour House owner Chip Simmons has taken over the former Fat Tuesdays, on S. U.S. Highway 97, and plans to open the expanded location before the end of October with a menu of barbecue, pizza and burgers. His original location, on Highway 97 near Reed Market Road, will continue to operate as a pub. Fat Tuesdays owner Vince Parker, meanwhile, has relocated to the Shilo Inn & Suites on N. U.S. Highway 97, where he is scheduled to reopen on November 1.

New chef — The Oxford Suites have announced Albert Hall as new executive chef at the 10below restaurant and lounge. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, Hall previously was co-owner for 11 years of Acacia Real Food in Tucson, Arizona.
