A local real estate firm will be operating under the banner of Cascade Sotheby’s International Realty.

Becky Breeze & Co. Real Estate, founded in Bend in 2004, agreed in September to affiliate itself with Cascade Sotheby’s, the Pacific Northwest office of the international real estate firm.

“We recognize that Becky Breeze & Co., with their history and high level of service, represents a good fit for Cascade Sotheby’s,” said Kevin Smyth, director of marketing for the real estate firm.

Smyth wrote in an email that no money was exchanged during the affiliation, but that it represented an opportunity for Cascade Sotheby’s to bring more experienced real estate brokers into the fold in Central Oregon. Cascade Sotheby’s is affiliated with 221 brokers regionwide, 137 of whom are based in Central Oregon. The firm has offices in Bend, Sisters and Sunriver, in addition to its operations in the Portland metropolitan area and the Oregon Coast.

Becky Breeze has handled residential and commercial real estate full time in Central Oregon since 1989, according to Cascade Sotheby’s website.
