Barbara (Jesser) Tuttle was born in Anaheim, CA, on May 26, 1923, and passed away in Bend, OR, on February 7, 2016. She was the daughter of Leland S. Jesser and Emma V. (Martin) Jesser. Her husband, John Tuttle, preceded her in death. She is survived by her daughter, Marylee N. Dilley of Sisters, and sons, Mark E. Tuttle of Bend and Daniel J. Tuttle of Bakersfield, CA, and their families.
Barbara was a teacher in Humboldt County, CA schools, teaching elementary school students.
After retiring in Oregon, she helped tutor foreign students at COCC in English and was active at the High Desert Museum.
A burial will be at the Willamette National Cemetery in Portland, OR.
