Overnight camping fees at Crooked River will be waived June 9 to celebrate National Get Outdoors day.

The waiver applies to Bureau of Land Management-administered campgrounds on the Chimney Rock segment of the Lower Crooked River south of Prineville. The area has more than 90 campsites. The Big Bend Campground near Bowman Dam is excluded from the waiver.
