Youth Notes

The Oregon National Guard Youth ChalleNGe Program , a statewide accredited alternative high school, hosted a graduation for its 50th class on Dec. 16. The graduation included five graduates from Central Oregon: Dakota McCormack and Rhett Webb, both of Redmond; Cody Maier and Zachary Mays, both of Terrebonne; and Kayla Ybarr a, of Culver.

Military Notes

Kelsey N. Tobin, U.S. Army Private, has graduated from basic infantry training at Fort Jackson, South Carolina. Tobin is the daughter of Darla S. Sult and Randy A. Tobin, of Redmond. She is a 2015 graduate of Redmond High School.
