Brian, 51, of Bend, was born in Chicago Illinois and graduated from Downers Grove North High School in Downers Grove, Illinois.

Brian was an avid animal lover.

He is survived by his parents, Ron and Nancy Smith of La Pine, brothers Michael (Elfi) and Patrick of Illinois, his aunt, Noreen Tibbit, uncle, Roger Allen, and many beloved cousins, both here, and in Illinois.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Friday, November 15, at Autumn Funerals, located at 61555 Parrell Rd, in Bend.
