• Alison Perry has recently joined Central Oregon Veterans Outreach as executive director. Perry is a licensed professional counselor, and has worked for the Department of Veterans Affairs for six years. She has worked three years at the Bend Veterans Affairs Clinic. She is the sister, aunt and granddaughter of military veterans.

• Attorney Debbie Garcia has joined Bryant, Lovlien and Jarvis as the firm’s administrator. Garcia was formerly the product litigation manager for Jeld-Wen Inc. She received her law degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, and her MBA from Marylhurst University. Garcia is a member of the Oregon State Bar, Cascade Women Lawyers, Deschutes County Bar Association, and the Association of Legal Administrators.

• Heather Hepburn has joined Bryant, Lovlien and Jarvis as an attorney. Hepburn is an experienced attorney who will focus on business, real estate and employment law. She specializes in preparing and negotiating asset sale and stock sale agreements, commercial leases, real property purchase and sale agreements, construction agreements, and employment agreements. She currently serves as a board member for the Bend Chamber of Commerce and for Opportunity Knocks.

• Dave Slavensky has joined Energy Trust of Oregon’s board of directors. Slavensky is chief operating officer for Structus Building Technologies, of Bend.

• Leanne Johnson of Coldwell Banker Mayfield Realty was named top selling agent for the month of March.

• Larry Bailey of Coldwell Banker Mayfield Realty was named top listing agent for the month of March.

• Brad Haun has joined Evergreen Home Loans in Bend as a loan officer. Haun has worked in the mortgage industry for 16 years.

• Auto Rehab has hired Simon Thomas as office manager. Thomas has held similar positions at other automotive facilities in Bend. He currently serves as secretary/treasurer for the BNI Cascade Business Alliance chapter.

• U.S. Bank has promoted Kim Mikkelson to branch manager of its Cascade Lakes office in Bend. Mikkelson previously served as the sales and service manager of the office. In her new position, Mikkelson will be responsible for managing daily branch activities and operations.
